UK's youngest convicted hitman

Today, UK’s youngest hitman was jailed for life. Santre Sanchez Gayle was only 15 years old when he shot a mum for only ₤200. He will serve to a minimum of 20 years. Gayle was found guilty on killing Gulistan Subasi –who is 26 years old- in front of her mother in East London. It is believed that Gayle was trying to live up to the reputation of his two stepbrothers, who are already sentenced in jail for murdering two people. Gulistan’s ex husband Serdar Ozbek paid Gayle for killing her and Ozbek was cleared of murder.

    This article is once again a very interesting one. Large pictures of the defendant. This article is not giving information of the hit man’s background. We have to determine whether his environment influenced the hit man. To sentence a fifteen-year-old boy for life is also absurd. An adolescent cannot make a distinction between good and evil.

    I agree that the brain of adolescents aren't capable of sound reasoning but the distinction good and evil should be there. It looks a bit like psychopathy: the emotional brain is left out the reasoning process. If that's the case than he should be locked up and the key should be thrown away.
